Browse our menu, select your size and flavors, then add items to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout where you'll enter your contact info, pickup date, and payment. We'll confirm your order within 24 hours.

We ask for at least 48–72 hours notice for standard orders. For larger orders (12+ items) or special occasions like weddings or corporate events, we recommend placing your order at least 5–7 days in advance to guarantee availability.

Please mention any allergies in the Special Requests field at checkout. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

After your order is confirmed, you'll receive pickup details via email. Orders must be picked up on the scheduled date. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Square checkout. Payment is collected at the time of ordering. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your information safe.

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may receive store credit. Because every order is made fresh to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds once baking has begun. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us right away — we'll make it right.

Yes! We love making special orders for birthdays, baby showers, bridal parties, holidays, and more. Use the Special Requests field at checkout to describe what you have in mind. For highly custom designs, we may follow up to discuss details before confirming.

Cupcakes & Dessert Cups: Best enjoyed the day of pickup. If needed, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate for up to 4 days (bring to room temperature before serving for the best flavor).

Chocolate-Covered Strawberries: Refrigerate and enjoy within 24–48 hours for peak freshness.
